North Main Street|Strike Boxing & Fitness Club

Service Description

Our Senior Fitness & Boxing classes are designed specifically for those who want to stay strong, steady, and confident — without high-impact stress on the body. This class blends low-impact boxing drills with strength training, balance work, coordination exercises, and functional movement to support everyday life. No sparring. No contact. Just smart, safe training that improves balance and fall prevention, bone density and muscle strength, cardiovascular health, coordination and reaction time, mental sharpness, confidence and independence. Participants learn basic boxing combinations on bags or mitts, practice controlled footwork, and perform strength and mobility exercises tailored to their ability level. Every movement can be modified, making it accessible for beginners and those returning to fitness. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or looking for a fun way to stay active, this class offers supportive coaching, community connection, and workouts that make you feel stronger in real life — not just in the gym. - Strength has no age limit!
